Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 June 2026

1. Who we are

Quietly is operated by Quietly Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. In these terms, "Quietly", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Quietly Health Ltd. "You" means the person creating an account or paying for a membership.

2. What Quietly is

Quietly is a paid self-help membership for adults in the UK who experience social anxiety. Membership includes: a structured self-paced programme, access to an anonymous private community, AI practice tools (voice and chat), and daily coaching prompts.

Quietly is a self-help and skills-building service. It is not a medical service, not a substitute for the NHS, your GP, a therapist, or a crisis line, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom to become a member. You must give us accurate information when you sign up.

4. Membership and billing

Membership is billed monthly in advance via our payment processor, Stripe. The current price is shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@quietly.health; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. 30-day money-back promise

If Quietly isn't right for you within the first 30 days of your first paid month, email hello@quietly.health and we'll refund that month in full. No call, no retention questions. See the refund policy for full terms.

6. Community conduct

The private community is anonymous by design. You agree not to share other members' content outside the community, harass other members, give or solicit medical advice, or promote products. We may remove content or memberships that breach these rules.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll email members at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: hello@quietly.health.
