The 30-day promise

If Quietly isn't right for you within the first 30 days of your first paid month, email hello@quietly.health with the subject "Refund" and we'll refund that month in full. No phone call. No retention questions. No "are you sure?".

How to claim

  1. Email hello@quietly.health from the address on your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Refund".
  3. We'll confirm within 2 working days and process the refund within 5 working days. The money lands back on the card you paid with — timing after that is your bank's.

After the first 30 days

You can cancel any time from your account or by email. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; we don't pro-rate part-months after the 30-day window.

Your statutory rights

This promise is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here limits them.
